Philosophy

"Cada persona es un mundo"  is a saying in Spanish, which means that each person is a world onto herself/himself, with all its wonders and complexities. At ESI, my goal is to have you present the full image of yourself and of your potential to the schools you are applying to.

This requires trust and a two-way communication, not limited by time. This is why I choose to work with a few students every year, applying what a colleague calls a "high touch" approach. Hence, in the case of undergraduate students, it is important to have preliminary conversation with the family and determine together a course of action.

I strive to maintain a high level of professional integrity in every relationship and have worked diligently to abide by the standards of the organizations I belong to. I attend the annual conferences of these organizations, and at times, presented my views on topics of interest to the membership.

At ESI our mission is two-fold. On one hand we counsel and guide students applying to schools and universities in the United States, and on the other, we offer consulting services for institutions around the world interested in internationalization. In both instances, we use our extensive network and experience to help our clients reach their goals.
