Universities and colleges worldwide are increasing diversity on their campuses. My experience in that domain includes the following projects:
In 2015, and in 2016, on behalf of LASPAU/Harvard University, recommend for selection and placement in U.S. universities a number of scholarship applicants sponsored by government programs. These were PhD candidates in STEM fields sponsored by "Science without Borders" of Brazil, and BECAL of Paraguay.
Also, participated in interviewing and recommending grantees for the Fulbright programs from several Latin American countries.
In 2015, traveled to Mexico and Haiti to interview and recommend for selection to the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Program for Food Security, grantees for studies in the United States and in Latin America.
Presently I sit on the academic board of Hondufuturo, www.hondufuturo.org, recommending finalists for educational loans awarded to Honduran citizens interested in studying at the graduate level, in top ranked universities around the world.
Colleges interested in exploring different ideas regarding diversity and internationalization are invited to contact us. The first contact/conversation is free.
